Practical purchasing extras
Review the order. Control the send.
Minimum order quantities
Set a minimum for a simple product. For example, a minimum of 10 stops an order for only 9 units. The rule applies to the total quantity of that product in the purchase order.
Order multiples
Match pack quantities. A multiple of 5 allows 5, 10 or 15 units; a minimum of 10 combined with that multiple allows 10 or 15. These rules apply across the product’s suppliers.
Downloadable purchase PDFs
Download a Unicode PDF with supplier details, ordered products and totals. Basic already offers a printable document you can save as PDF through your browser. Pro adds the direct PDF download.
Confirmed supplier emails
Review the recipient, message and PDF, then explicitly confirm the send. Uncertain attempts block another send until an operator records an email-service review. There is no automatic resend.

A separate extension
Basic stays active. Pro adds the extras.
- Install WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.1+, WooCommerce 8.8+ and Cenariu Purchasing Basic. Pro requires the base extension API 1; PDF generation needs PHP mbstring.
- When Pro is available, install its separate ZIP alongside Basic. Both use the same WooCommerce → Purchasing screens.
- For a simple product, open Inventory and enter a minimum quantity or order multiple. Leave 0 or empty to use no rule.
- Create and review a purchase order. Download the PDF before sending. Marking an order as sent records its status; emailing is a separate action requiring confirmation.
- Record a goods receipt only when the delivery arrives. Basic updates stock when you save the receipt, not when you create or email an order.
The current website demos are Basic workflow simulations. They do not send supplier emails, generate a live Pro PDF or demonstrate an active Pro installation.
Before you choose Pro
Do quantity rules support variations?
Pro quantity rules currently apply to simple products only, across all suppliers for that product. Basic purchasing supports simple products and individual variations with stock management enabled. Supplier-specific quantity rules and bulk order creation are not implemented.
Is the purchase PDF a tax invoice?
No. It is a supplier purchase document. Internal acquisition budgets and audit logs are excluded from the Pro PDF. Tax and accounting treatment must follow your store’s requirements.
Does an accepted email mean the supplier received it?
No. Email service acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. Your store must have a working email service. An uncertain or interrupted attempt blocks sending again. After at least 15 minutes, an operator can check the email service, confirm the attempt is no longer running and record evidence. The review itself sends nothing.
What happens when I deactivate Pro?
Purchase orders, stock and receipt data are retained. Basic continues its manual purchasing workflow. Pro PDF downloads, email actions and quantity rules are unavailable while Pro is inactive. Subscription-expiry behavior will be described before sales open.
Can I buy or download Pro now?
Not from this page yet. We are completing licensing, updates and commercial release checks. You can use Basic now or email us about Pro availability.
