Supplier Import Pro

Supplier Import Pro · Coming soon

Less file handling.
More up-to-date products.

Read supplier lists in CSV, XML or JSON. Import from a direct public link and schedule repeat updates using your saved supplier rules.

Pro is being prepared for commercial release. Checkout, subscription access and licensing are not available yet.

Beyond manual CSV

Keep the supplier workflow moving.

More product-list formats

Work with CSV, XML and JSON lists for simple WooCommerce products. Match fields and review changes before a manual import.

A direct supplier link

Retrieve a product file from a public HTTP or HTTPS link, instead of downloading and uploading it each time. The link must return a supported product list, not a category page or login screen.

Saved supplier rules

Reuse the format, field mapping and pricing rules saved for each supplier. Basic also saves settings for manual CSV imports; Pro adds its extra formats and link sources.

Scheduled updates

After reviewing your rules, explicitly enable updates every 15 minutes, hourly, twice daily or daily. Scheduled runs apply the saved rules without a new preview each time.

A separate extension

Basic stays active. Pro adds the extras.

  1. Install WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.1+, WooCommerce and the free Supplier Import plugin.
  2. When Pro is available, install its separate ZIP alongside Basic. Pro 0.11.1 requires Basic 0.9.14 or later.
  3. Open WooCommerce → Supplier Import Pro. Start with a small list, review the mapping and confirm your first import.
  4. For scheduled updates, save a direct public link and explicitly enable the schedule after checking the supplier rules.

The current website demo is a simulation of the Basic workflow. It does not provide a live Pro session or demonstrate XML/JSON downloads and scheduling.

Before you choose Pro

Can I import products from a category page?

No. Supplier Import Pro reads product-list files. A shop category URL is not a CSV, XML or JSON feed. Importing website category pages is a separate product concept.

Which products and fields are supported?

Simple products matched by SKU, with name, regular price and stock. Lists are limited to 5 MB and 5,000 products. New products start as drafts; existing sale prices are preserved. Images, categories, descriptions, variations and authenticated API connections are not supported.

Will scheduled updates run at an exact time?

WordPress scheduled tasks depend on site activity and hosting. Ask your host about a regular cron trigger when timing matters. A selected interval is not a guaranteed execution time.

What happens when I deactivate Pro?

Future supplier schedules stop. Imported products and saved settings remain. Basic continues to support manual CSV imports. Subscription-expiry behavior is still being finalized and will be described before sales open.

Can I buy or download Pro now?

Not from this page yet. We are completing payment, subscription access, licensing and the release checks. You can use Basic now or email us about Pro availability.

A question about your supplier file?

Tell us its format and what you need to update. Do not send passwords, customer data or private supplier links with access tokens.
